Office Expansion

Last Fall we moved from our second floor Suite 202 to Suite 101, which was a 50% larger Suite with 5 offices and a Conference Room. After moving we thought we should not have to move for another 5 years. In-face-of-the fact that the economy has reduced, downsized and generally gone south, 10 months later, we have expanded again to accommodate our Clients and case work.

We have cut-out walls for interior doors, tiled over 450 feet of floor space and added three work stations to accommodate work with the SSA Ticket-to-Work Program, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Evaluation referrals and our increased focus on our core specialty à ‘Client specific’ Labor Market Survey (LMS) Research. We now provide these services to our colleagues for their case work evaluations and Reemployment Services.

We now have a larger conference and training area for Clients and staff. We can now review our digital videos, power points and our CMTS software screens with the benefit of a much larger screen for our LCD projector. With planning we installed four new computers, cables, network connections, phones and electrical connections within two weeks of expanding the walls. We now have over 2,100 square feet of office space operational for our Team of Rehabilitation Professionals.

This move should accommodate our needs for the near future. We have been fortunate to have located in a building that allows for expansion without changing our address beyond the Suite from 202 to 101. Our new ‘downstairs’ location is fully ADA accessible with automatic sliding entry doors. In-fact we have twice this year made use of our new
accessibility to accommodate moving gurneys in and out of our office.
