Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager & Evaluator

Tiffany Haynes joined England & Associates in the Fall of 2016 as a Graduate Student Intern. She is enrolled in the University of South Florida (USF) MA in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling (RMHC) program. The two year Master in Arts program requires a 600 hours Internship and 400 hours Practicum, prior to graduation. She plans to complete her Internship in Vocational Rehabilitation at England & Associates.

Tiffany Haynes is employed part-time as a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager & Evaluator. She is considered a USF RHMC Intern. England & Associates has been a designated USF RMHC Internship Site since 2007. In her first six months Tiffany Haynes has been involved as Co-Evaluator in a variety of Vocational Evaluation Case Work Systems, including Family Law, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and the Florida Department of Education, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. She has obtained the skills necessary to conduct Vocational Testing.

Reemployment Services Case Work assignments have given Tiffany Haynes the opportunity to apply her analytical skills. She has several cases that require she match Client Vocational Profiles and Physical Ability with local Labor Markets with a reasonable commute from the Client’s residence.

Tiffany Haynes graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2012 from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently enrolled at USF in Tampa, Florida. She expects to obtain her Masters of Art Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health in 2018. Tiffany Haynes has maintained a 4.0 GPA as a full-time Graduate Student, while working part-time.

She is also a Student Member of the Florida Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP). She is a Student Member of the Florida Chapter of IARP.

Tiffany Haynes has developed her experience in the mental health field since January of 2015. She has worked as a Crisis Counselor at Gracepoint’s Children’s Crisis Unit in Tampa, Florida. She continues to work at Gracepoint on call as a Crisis Counselor. She provides Mental Health Counseling, while developing Psychosocial Assessments, Initial Treatment Plans, and Discharge Summary Reports.

Tiffany’s mother is in the Air Force. Tiffany grew up traveling often. She lived overseas in Germany and South Korea. Tiffany enjoys her time away from the office by traveling, dancing and reading. She enjoys spending time with friends and family.
