Desire White has been employed at England & Associates as a Vocational Research Specialist and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor since May of 2009. She currently works on a regular weekly schedule at her office in St. Petersburg.  She has participated in Comprehensive Vocational Evaluations, Forensic Case Evaluations, Vocational Testing, Claim Medical Composite Reviews, Analysis of Medical and Professional Depositions. She participates as an Evaluation Team Member with the preparation of Trial Exhibits, Reports and Witness Analysis.

Ms. White has demonstrated skills with Transferable Skills Analysis, Labor Market Survey Research and Claim Medical Records Review. She has worked with Clients involved in litigated Dissolutions, Workers Compensation Claims, Long-Term Disability Claims, and Personal Injury. Reemployment Services expertise includes analysis of Labor Markets through statistical research of MSAs, employment records, wage and salary data. Ms. White prepares Labor Market Survey (LMS) Research Reports. She provides weekly notification to a variety of Clients of Employment Opportunity identified within Client specific Vocational Capacity and Physical Ability defined by medical documentation. She does not hesitate to call employers directly to obtain the necessary clarification of Job Description for her Clients.

Ms. White earned a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth, & Community Servicesfrom University of Florida, Gainesville.  She obtained her Masters of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at the University of South Florida (USF) Sarasota Campus. Ms. White has obtained her Florida Bureau of Rehabilitation & Reemployment Services (BRRS) Qualified Rehabilitation Provider designation. She is now on a rotation to receive direct referrals from the BRRS field offices in St. Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota. She participates in the completion of Comprehensive Vocational Evaluations referred to England & Associates by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Ms. White is a member of the Florida Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP). She attended the Fall 2009 Conference of the SW District of the IARP-Florida Chapter at Stetson Law School in Tampa, Florida.

Ms. White continues to work at England & Associates as a Vocational Research Specialist and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. She is interested in the possibility of the future pursuit of her licensure as a Mental Health Therapist. Desire White enthusiastically cheers on her beloved University of Florida Gators. She enjoys spending time with family and friends in Sarasota. She is training for her first 5K Run. We are pleased to have Ms White join the England & Associates Professional Team.
