Brandon Worthey joined England and Associates in July of 2023 as a Vocational Case Manager and Evaluator. Mr. Worthey obtained his Bachelor Degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies at Auburn University in 2014, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his Masters of Education in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Auburn University in 2017. Mr. Worthey is currently a doctoral candidate in the Counselor Education Doctoral Program at Auburn University. Mr. Worthey has expertise in accessibility, universal design, rehabilitation counseling, mental health counseling, counselor supervision, management, and educating.
Mr. Worthey is a former business owner. He built new homes and remodeled existing homes to fit the needs of individuals with and without disabilities. He has worked as a counselor with transitioning aged students, people who are incarcerated, and individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Mr. Worthey has supervised counselor supervisors, rehabilitation counselors and mental health counselors. He has provided supervision in public and private vocational rehabilitation settings.
His designation as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) has qualified him to provide Expert Vocational Testimony within the Florida Workers Compensation System. He provides Reemployment Services on a weekly basis to Injured Workers to facilitate their return to work.
Mr. Worthey has presented at four (4) state level conferences, four (4) national conferences, and one (1) webinar. He has attended multiple state and national level conferences. Mr. Worthey has held memberships with ALDARCA, ACA, IDS, and NCRE since 2016. He has served as secretary of the Alabama Division of the American Rehabilitation Counseling Association. He was a student representative for Iota Delta Sigma. Mr. Worthey is a member of the Florida Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP). He is a member of the SW District of the Florida Chapter of IARP.
Brandon Worthey grew up in Capshaw, Alabama. He and his family relocated to Florida in 2023. He is avid car enthusiast who enjoys his time away from the office making trips to Alabama and Georgia to see family, racing, hunting, fishing, playing guitar, and singing.
